While GEH will occasionally submit a competitive bid based on well-developed plans and specifications, it is our strong preference to work with clients and our (or their) architect from the initial design phase of a project in order to provide guidance and input on many elements – most importantly on cost.

The most frequent disappointment in our industry is a potential client who owns an expensive set of blueprints which cannot be built within the client’s budget.

Our preferred working relationship is designed to align the interests and maximize the creativity of owner, architect and builder – and it is certain to result in a budget-conscious outcome.

At GEH, renovation/addition activities are just as important as building new homes – particularly in a local market with an abundance of well-built structures lacking modern design, features and conveniences. We have experience developing and executing a wide variety of remodeling and expansion projects – particularly those that are transforming and/or complex in nature.
